The person behind the community

I'm MysTavo, a Community Manager who lives inside Telegram groups, X threads and Discord servers so founders don't have to. My focus is simple: help Web3 projects grow through real community building — engagement that feels human, moderation that keeps a server safe, and growth initiatives that don't fade after the first hype cycle.

I believe every project that survives its own hype is one built on a genuinely active community, not a purchased follower count. That belief shapes everything I do — from the first welcome message a new member sees, to the retention strategy that keeps them around six months later.

Across every server I've run, the pattern holds: communities I manage stay louder, cleaner, and more loyal for longer.
